Equitas Health seeks to care for the whole person, including their full range of mental and emotional being. As such, we offer psychiatry, individual counseling, and support groups.

Continuing our holistic approach to healthcare, we seek to treat the mind and body as one, covering the full range of your mental and emotional well-being in a comprehensive, caring and sensitive manner.

We’ll leave no stone unturned in our pursuit for a long and healthy life for you. We won’t automatically prescribe a one-size-fits-all approach. We’ll listen, and we’ll work together to develop a plan that fits your life. That plan could include talk therapy, a support group or medication. It could even mean a yoga class.

We know this journey can be long and winding, but we’ll be there with you every step of the way. We’re in this together.

Individual Therapy

Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to approach them alone. Our therapists are here for you — to listen, first and foremost, but also to help you cope with those challenges in a way that works for you.


Before ever meeting with our psychiatrists, you’ll first meet with a talk therapist to determine if, in fact, you need medication for your treatment. If we decide, together, to take that path, we’ll work on a plan that fits your life, and we’ll check in regularly to make sure your care is consistent and still effective.
