Polly Sohn is a therapist with a background in mental health and substance use. Her experience in community mental health includes work with the LGBTQ+ community, people who have experienced trauma, survivors of intimate partner violence, and people who use drugs and alcohol. As a therapist, she uses strengths-based approaches to care, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and affirming care. Away from work, she enjoys playing video games, watching Bengal’s football, and spending time with her orange tabby cat.
