If you have questions about your bill, please send them to billing@equitashealth.com.
You can pay for your care at any of our medical centers during regular business hours. Check each location’s hours on our locations page using the About Location button.
If you are paying with a credit card, you can call (833) 548-1803 to pay your bill.

First, sign into MyChart, and click on Billing icon at the top right of the page.
Then select Billing Summary from the drop-down menu.
There you will see your billing summary and any outstanding bills:
If the payment was processed successfully, the page will display the payment details for your records.
Affordable Healthcare
We proudly accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. Don’t have insurance? Talk to our coverage navigators.
The Sliding Fee Discount lowers the cost of our medical, pharmacy, dental, and mental health counseling services for people with lower earnings.
If you are living with HIV, our health advocates will help you find programs to help pay for treatment and other services.
Most Ohioans can get PAPI and other programs that cover the cost of PrEP and PrEP-related costs.
