MyChart is an online tool, which we sometimes call a patient portal. MyChart helps you to keep track of your healthcare visits, test results, billing, prescriptions, and more. You can also send your provider questions through MyChart.
Anyone who is a patient at an Equitas Health Medical Center.
MyChart gives you 24-hour access to your health information online. You need a password touseMyChart. MyChart also uses an encrypted connection. Your password and the encrypted connection make sure that your personal information is safe from unauthorized access.
Call your Equitas Health medical center. They will give you a special code to set up your account. After you enter the code, you will choose a user name and password.
Do what works for you! You can make appointments, refill your meds, and talk to our staff over the phone if MyChart doesn’t work for you.

Johnson & Johnson, one of the world’s largest drugmakers, announced last Friday that it will discontinue upfront 340B pricing on two medications for disproportionate share hospital (DSH) covered entities. The move is part of a sustained campaign by large drug manufacturers to undermine the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program for participating hospitals and covered entities such as Equitas Health.
