Equitas Health now offers virtual appointments for new and existing patients. Call us at (614) 340-6700to schedule a TeleHealth appointment or change your in-person appointment to a TeleHealth visit. Your provider or therapist will let you know if it is necessary for you to conduct your visit in person.
The following COTA bus lines service the King-Lincoln Health Center at 750 E. Long St.: 7, 9, 10, 11, and express lines 41-46. Stops for these lines are as close as 100 feet. Visit ride.cota.com to plan your bus trip to this location.

Our on-site pharmacy makes filling your prescriptions quick and easy. In addition to your meds, you can also pick up snacks, convenience items, gifts, and more. Click here to learn more.
The One Stop Health Box dispenses free pregnancy tests, condoms, fentanyl testing strips, and naloxone. The harm reduction vending machine is found on the first floor of the King-Lincoln Community Health Center. Please complete this form to get started.
