Equitas Health now offers virtual appointments for new and existing patients. Call usat (513) 815-4475to schedule a TeleHealth appointment or change your in-person appointment to a TeleHealth visit. Your provider or therapist will let you know if it is necessary for you to conduct your visit in person.

To speak to a doctor or nurse after hours, call (513) 815-4475. You will be connected to our answering service and then to the doctor or nurse on call.
