How will I pay for my care?

Health Insurance

We proudly accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. Don’t have insurance? Talk to our coverage navigators.

Medicaid Can I get Medicaid? Our coverage navigators can help you find out if you can get Ohio’s expanded Medicaid insurance. Marketplace Insurance How does the Health Insurance Marketplace work? You can use healthcare.gov to find and buy health insurance that meets your needs. We can help! Choosing a Plan What private insurance plans do you take? We take most major private insurance plans. You can view a list of our in-network plans here.

Sliding Fee Discount

The Sliding Fee Discount lowers the cost of our medical, pharmacy, dental, and mental health counseling services for people with lower earnings.

Inadequate Insurance What if I have health insurance, but still can’t pay for care? If you can use the Sliding Fee Discount, and that rate is lower than your insurance costs, you will pay the lower rate for your care. Fee Scale How much will I pay? Paying for HIV Care

If you are living with HIV, our health advocates will help you find programs to help pay for treatment and other services.

Fee Scale How much will I pay for services? You’ll pay a rate based on your earnings and household size. Click here to see how much you will pay. Medication How will I pay for my HIV meds? We can help you use your insurance and apply for support, such as the Ohio Drug Assistance Program. Getting Started How do I get Ryan White? Get PrEP Paid For

Most Ohioans can get PAPI and other programs that cover the cost of PrEP and PrEP-related costs.

PAPI What does PAPI pay for? PAPI pays for PrEP-related costs, like office visits, labs, prescription copays, and insurance premiums. Medication Cost How will I pay for PrEP? If your insurance doesn’t cover the cost of PrEP, we’ll help you connect to programs that do. Getting Started How do I apply for PAPI?
