  • Of those promoted into leadership (managers, supervisors, directors, C-Suite) in 2022, how many were BIPOC? – 36% (out of 61)
  • % of all staff that received a promotion that resulted in a salary increase were BIPOC. – 38.98% (out of 118)
  • Of those promoted into leadership in 2022, % of directors were BIPOC. – 30% (out of 20)
  • Of those promoted into leadership in 2022, % of managers/supervisors were BIPOC. – 41% (out of 37)
  • 0% of our physicians are BIPOC (out of 6) , 7.4% of nurse practitioners are BIPOC (out of 17), 66.6% of dentists are BIPOC (out of 3), 32% of mental health therapists are BIPOC (out of 25). 24.32% of medical case managers are BIPOC (out of 37).  52.63% of nonmedical case managers are BIPOC (out of 38)
