At Equitas Health, we believe in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. BRGs help us achieve that goal by providing employees spaces to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.
BRGs help to enhance the understanding of diversity in the workplace, healthcare, and the communities we serve. They also promote an environment of mutual respect. By joining a BRG, employees can help create a respectful and inclusive workplace.
BRGs are self-organized groups of employees with common interests in topics, such as race, ethnicity, gender identity, sex, or sexual orientation. Equitas Health encourages the formation BRGs. Equitas Health also provides resources to support BRGs. The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion manages Equitas Health BRGs.

A.R.S.G. is made up of a group of voluntary white co-conspirators who seek to assist in creating an Anti-Racist culture and to support our BIPOC colleagues. We provide a welcoming and understanding space to engage in uncomfortable conversations about Anti-Racism work. We host these discussions through small settings where we discuss Anti-Racist topic, company culture, and current events.
