Equitas Health bid a bittersweet farewell to Manager of Government Grants, Sue Green after nearly a decade of service. Throughout her career, she has made it her mission to get the support organizations need to make good and lasting change in the world.
So much of what Equitas Health does would not happen without Green’s leadership. During her tenure, she helped us get nearly $100 million in grant support for key programs and services.
Green’s efforts helped to make Equitas Health the agency it is today. Her work and skill continued our legacy of advocacy and activism. In addition, she shared her expertise generously with her team. She recently completed her sixth yearly training class on seeking and implementing grants and was a mentor to many.
Equitas Health is grateful for Sue, a titan of grant development and a champion of nonprofit accountability. Our mission and pledge to those we serve continues because of Sue. We wish her all the best as she moves into the next exciting chapter of her career.
