Natalie Colley is an independently licensed clinical social worker who has over 11 years of experience across the mental health field, including management, therapy, assessment, and grant programming. She has experience working with patients 12 and up, especially those who identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community and may struggled with mental health concerns. She is trained in a variety of modalities, but tends to use trauma-informed, person-centered, and strength-based approaches most often. In her free time, Natalie enjoys gaming of all varieties, spending time with her spouse, and taking care of her three adorable cats.

Philosophy of Care: My approach to therapy is with a variety of evidence-based practices which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, to name a few examples. I am receptive to learning about new ways to live life and I provide therapy with a strength-based, person-centered focus. Asking for help can feel like one of the hardest things to do, but it is often the first step to feeling hopeful and learning to love yourself again. Everyone deserves to live a life full of happiness.
