We’re excited to announce that Equitas Health is accepting applications to serve on its Board of Trustees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the vision and mission of our organization.
Our goal is to create a Board that not only has the requisite skills to ensure we continue to fulfill our mission, but reflects the diversity and interests of the communities we serve. Accordingly, we are opening the application process to all qualified community members.
Key responsibilities of our trustees include, but are not limited to:
Equitas Health seeks candidates with an appropriate balance of skills and experience. PreviousBoard experience is helpful, but not necessary.
Successful applicants will have both relevant professional experience AND represent the communities we serve. Examples are as follows:

Please note that individuals serving on the Equitas Health Board of Trustees receive no financial compensation. Employees of Equitas Health and their immediate family members are not eligible to serve.

Equitas Health, Ohio’s largest LGBTQ+ and HIV-serving healthcare organization, has announced new officers on the Board of Trustees. Susan McManus (she/her), vice president of business solutions marketing at Nationwide, will serve as Board chair for a one-year term through July 2025.

Johnson & Johnson, one of the world’s largest drugmakers, announced last Friday that it will discontinue upfront 340B pricing on two medications for disproportionate share hospital (DSH) covered entities. The move is part of a sustained campaign by large drug manufacturers to undermine the federal 340B Drug Pricing Program for participating hospitals and covered entities such as Equitas Health.
