An important update for people enrolled in Medicare Part B
Your provider will send prescriptions to Equitas Health Pharmacy for the diabetic supplies you currently use.
• Equitas Health Pharmacy will send your information to ADS.
• ADS will call you to confirm your order within 24 business hours. If you miss the call, you may call back at 866-825-2908.
• ADS will ask for required documentation from your provider to confirm that Medicare Part B will pay for your diabetic supplies.
ADS will fill the order and deliver the supplies directly to your home
After getting the required documentation from your provider, ADS will deliver your supplies within 1-2 business days.
ADS will call you to talk about your options. You may choose to fill the order at Equitas Health Pharmacy with another insurance plan if you have one or discuss options with a pharmacy staff member.
