TeleHealth

Equitas Health now offers virtual appointments for new and existing patients. Call usat (937) 853-3650 to schedule a TeleHealth appointment or change your in-person appointment to a TeleHealth visit. Your provider or therapist will let you know if it is necessary for you to conduct your visit in person.

Take the Bus

The following RTA bus lines service the Dayton Health Center at 1222 S. Patterson Blvd.: 7, 9, 11, 14, 16-19, and 22. Stops for these lines are as close as close as 500 feet. Visit i-riderta.org to plan your bus trip to this location.

After Hours Care

To speak to a doctor or nurse after hours, call (937) 853-3650. You will be connected to our answering service and then to the doctor or nurse on call.

Pharmacy

Our on-site pharmacy makes filling your prescriptions quick and easy. In addition to your meds, you can also pick up snacks, convenience items, gifts, and more. Click here to learn more.
