HIV Health & Housing Advocacy
The Equitas Health Dayton office provides health and housing advocacy services for people living with or at risk of HIV in the following counties: Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery, Preble.

Contact your case manager by their direct phone or email address, or by leaving a message with our On Call line at (937) 853-3655. The On Call line is operational Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM. All messages left during those hours will be returned on the same day.

Before ever meeting with our psychiatrists, you’ll first meet with a talk therapist to determine if, in fact, you need medication for your treatment. If we decide, together, to take that path, we’ll work on a plan that fits your life, and we’ll check in regularly to make sure your care is consistent and still effective.
