Temporary Service Changes, Office Closures, and Event Cancellations

You're adjusting your life to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. We're adjusting our services to help you stay healthy from home.

Changes in Services

The following is a list of adjustments we’ve made to our programming and services in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 (coronavirus) infections.

Medical & Psychiatry Services

  • Sick Visits: If you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please call us for a phone evaluation. Our care team will provide guidance on your next steps for treatment.
  • Well Visits: We are now conducting most medical visits through TeleHealth. You will use your mobile device or camera-equipped computer to meet with your provider. Please call your Equitas Health Medical Center to schedule a new appointment or to change an existing appointment to TeleHealth. Click here for Equitas Health Medical Center locations.

Mental Health Counseling

We are now conducting most counseling visits by phone or video call.

  • Current Clients: Your therapist will contact you to make arrangements to switch to phone or video appointments. If you do not have regular access to a phone, please contact us to discuss alternate options for care.
  • New Clients: Your first appointment will be either in person on a video call.

Please make use of the following services in order to reduce COVID-19 transmissions.

  • Free delivery* of prescriptions and select over-the-counter medicines. (Some restrictions apply.)
  • Call the pharmacy from your car when you arrive for pick up. We can bring your prescription to you.
  • Express pick-up lane for patients who are 60 years and older, pregnant, or have chronic health conditions.
