In this role Pattie will guide and engage Equitas Health’s growing clinical staff with an eye on enhancing and improving patient experience. With combined oversight of Equitas Health’s Healthcare Operations, Dental Services, and Behavioral Health Services, Pattie will integrate and assure comprehensive care across service lines and provide agency-wide clinical strategy.
Pattie comes to Equitas Health with demonstrated prowess as a senior executive leading and establishing organizational change, system integration, practice transformation, and metric analysis that drives operational, quality and service excellence. As Chief Operating Officer over Premier Health’s employed specialty physician network, Premier Health Specialists, Pattie managed the growth of the network from 155 physicians to more than 400—with a clinical and non-clinical staff of 1,500—while simultaneously enhancing overall patient experience. Pattie approaches systems transformation and growth by building consensus among key stakeholders and developing effective leadership teams. As Chief Clinical Operations Officer for Equitas Health, Pattie will bring her track record of efficacy and attention to integrated patient care to the task of guiding our growing network of healthcare services.
In her spare time, Pattie has played a key role in the work of the American Heart Association in Dayton, chairing last year’s Miami Valley Heart Ball, and collaborating with the Heart Institute of Dayton to establish a CPR Kiosk at the Dayton Airport where hundreds of thousands of community members will have the opportunity to learn CPR.
Pattie’s first day as Chief Clinical Operations Officer will be June 4.
